However, it is clear that a serious lack of coordination among law enforcement agencies continues to allow traffickers to operate with impunity. Not only must the state take responsibility for its part in this disaster, but it must also acknowledge that the dearth of economic opportunities available in the country compels more and more people to take their chances on such routes without being aware of the risk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HRCP feels it necessary to question the\u00a0efficiency of the Federal Investigation Agency in tracking, monitoring and reporting instances of trafficking.
